A partnership with the Centre de Formation de la Profession d'Assurances (CFPA) and the Institut de Formation de la Profession d'Assurance (IFPASS - Paris) has resulted in the creation of four diploma courses.
The Professional Diploma in Insurance Management (DPMA) is a 14-month diploma for managers and executives of insurance companies and distribution networks, enabling them to acquire the technical and managerial skills needed to support the development/deployment of strategic projects or to manage local teams.
The courses are run by industry executives in a Center of Excellence, and take place in the evenings and on Saturdays, according to a balanced schedule.
The Diplôme Professionnel de Conseiller en Assurances (DPCA) is a one-year professional diploma for employees and team leaders of insurance companies and distribution networks, enabling them to acquire the technical and cross-disciplinary skills they need to achieve their operational/sales objectives.
The training courses are delivered by top-level teaching professionals in a Center of Excellence, and take place in the evenings and on Saturdays, according to a balanced schedule.
This 12-day certification cycle will enable executives, managers and employees involved in the insurance sector to acquire the regulatory, legal and technical insurance fundamentals they need to carry out their professional projects.

The Brevet de Technicien Supérieur Assurances (BTSA) is a degree-granting course that enables students to acquire in-depth knowledge of the insurance business. It aims to improve and develop the learner's skills in risk analysis and assessment, customer advice, contract management, claims settlement and portfolio monitoring.
The two-year training program leads to a diploma co-signed by CFPA and the Fédération Marocaine de l'Assurance, and certified by IFPASS.
The syllabus, based on the French professional activity framework, comprises 6 units:
U1: General culture and French expression.
U2 : Business English.
U3 : Economic, legal and managerial environment of insurance.
U4 : Communication and customer relationship management.
U5 : Insurance techniques.
U6: Conducting and presenting professional activities.
Access to this training course is open to candidates :
Holders of the Baccalauréat or Brevet Professionnel Assurances, with at least 36 months' professional experience in the insurance sector.
Holders of a recognized Bac+2/Bac+4 diploma, with at least 6 months' professional experience in the insurance sector.
Possibility of validation of acquired experience with a minimum of 5 years' professional experience in the insurance sector.

Anticipating the needs of the Moroccan insurance market for "Actuarial Finance" specialists, the FMA signed a partnership agreement in 1999 with the Institut National de Statistique et d'Economie Appliqués to create an "Actuarial Finance" option.
This course trains engineers to perform the following functions:
They take and manage positions for investment, hedging or speculation purposes on behalf of institutions or clients.
Makes investment choices, or takes positions to ensure the best value for the portfolio, while respecting the constraints of legislation and contracts signed with clients.
Advises senior management on asset/liability management of the balance sheet.
Adaptation and modernization of tools and methods.
Drawing up and pricing insurance contracts.

Master in Insurance Law
The Master's degree in Insurance Law is the fruit of a partnership between the FMA and the Casablanca Faculty of Law.
To train specialized senior executives for insurance companies and the distribution network, and Risk Managers for industrial and commercial companies;
Contribute to the ongoing training of working executives;
Develop applied scientific research in the field of insurance.
The course is open to candidates with a bachelor's degree in private law or an equivalent recognized diploma, with prerequisites in insurance (completion of the Insurance Law subject or completion of a dissertation or research in insurance law.
The curriculum complies with current Specialized Master's accreditation procedures. Teaching is provided by academics, insurance industry professionals and experts in the field.
The course is spread over four semesters, including three semesters of lectures and one semester of work experience. Complementary seminars are led by national and international specialists on insurance-related subjects.
Company visits are organized every year to gain a better understanding of the professional environment.
Students are divided into four research commissions: Legislation, Jurisprudence and Insurance.
